You are looking inside the lobby of the UK Albert B. Chandler Hospital – Pavilion A. This new concourse, which opened in May 2011 is the crossroads of patient care for the medical campus. The lobby connects the parking garage to Pavilions H, G, HA and A. This public space was created with glass, natural finishes and wood to bring elements of nature indoors. The idea is to set a tone of healing so that patients and their families may have a tranquil environment around them.
