A striking display of the U.S. Constitution’s First Amendment welcomes visitors to the School of Communication. The steel-plated design was added to the building when it underwent a major renovation in 2004. In addition to contemporary classrooms and lecture halls, the building features space for high-tech labs and studios, including a commercial photography studio, a 70-seat open lab with three digital editing bays, and a recording studio. There also is a gallery for student and faculty exhibits and shows.
