The Dining Commons is one of two dining facilities found on campus; it serves three meals a day, five days a week, with both lunch and dinner offered on weekends. The menu adheres to the required vegetarianism of Seventh-day Adventism, and always features fresh, local ingredients. Students, faculty, and staff converge here daily to socialize while dining on homemade pizza, salads, soups, and home-style entrees. The Dining Commons occasionally plays host to food events like “Explore Japan,” which includes a make-your-own-sushi tutorial.
