If you’re interested in music, then Hole Memorial Auditorium is the building you’ll want to visit. Known as HMA, this former church is where our Department of Music students study their craft and perform in quarterly recitals, concerts, and more. The department offers degrees in music, performance, and education, as well as the Performer’s Certificate Program. All students who love music are welcome to take classes regardless of their major—in fact, many students end up majoring in music even though they go on to medical school after graduation! HMA is also where we gather for performances such as operas, the annual Candlelight Concert, and more.
