Deyla Curtis is making the most of her Whittier college experience...by leaving. Her first stop — the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland, thanks to and internship arranged by Whittier professor Mike McBride. After interning with the UN in Geneva, Deyla headed directly to Gernoble, France for a semester study abroad experience. Approximately 130 Whittier students travel abroad annually on short-term study trips and semester or yearlong study abroad programs.
