Loyola’s Sellinger Scholars Program is a cohort-based leadership development program that integrates a servant leadership model. Our honors curriculum in business administration provides academic rigor in a supportive learning environment for high-achieving business students who learn from dedicated expert faculty—professors who serve as teachers, advisors, and mentors. The program collaborates with Baltimore-based non-profit and corporate partners to provide students opportunities to make a meaningful impact in our local community and work toward a more just and equitable world. Sellinger Scholars gain the skills and desire to think critically, evaluate holistically, and become leaders of transformative change. Students emerge from the program with an understanding of leadership, social responsibility, and reflection upon personal and professional choices.
