When students are feeling a little low energy, they can stop in at Café Rachel for an espresso drink, smoothie or quick snack. Café Rachel, a popular studying and gathering place, is open early in the morning for coffee and grab and go breakfast items. The “Pub” is now open until midnight during the week, or 2 a.m. on weekends, for a safe gathering place on campus for students over the age of 21. Many events are held in Café Rachel, ranging from open mic and trivia nights, to comedians and acoustic musicians.
