The Summits, which opened in Fall of 2010, consist of Tenaya Hall and Cathedral Hall. The four-story buildings offer a traditional corridor style residence hall experience with five bedrooms and a community restroom. There will be a custodial staff that will be responsible in maintaining the cleanliness of the restrooms and public areas, such as a computer lab, academic support center, exercise and music rooms, meeting rooms, and laundry facilities. In addition, there is also a housing office to get the students’ questions answered, sign out keys, pick-up mail and packages, and talk to the housing staff. High speed internet, cable TV, 24 hour staff(on-call for after hour emergencies), programs and activities will be included in the contract price.
