The Summits Residence Hall Room offers a variety of room types that accommodate the residents of the summits (double occupancy, triple occupancy, quad occupancy, and single occupancy). Each resident will be provided a twin bed with an extra long mattress (80”x30”), desk, chair, drawers and closet space. There are also common areas available to host group studies, hang-outs, floor meetings, programs and events. Students are only allowed to bring a One Energy Star rated Microfridge no longer than 4.2 cu. Ft. and a one Energy Star rated microwave oven. Residents are going to be held responsible for cleaning their private spaces.
