Welcome to West Virginia University. My name is CJ and I'll be showing you our many housing options. New students always ask which residence hall is the best. The answer is: "All of them." It just depends on your preferences. On this tour we'll show you what's best about each one. Inside our residence halls, we offer a variety of Living-Learning Communities formed around a theme or specific field of study. Check out housing.wvu.edu to find out more about these unique opportunities. We will also take you through our University Apartments that are open to returning, transfer, nontraditional and graduate and professional students. Before we get started, let me explain how you can explore. Seneca Hall has unique amenities – and a prime location. You can choose from apartments with two, three or four private bedrooms. Each apartment has a full kitchen, semi-private bath and community living space. From Seneca Hall, you'll have an easy walk to WVU dining locations and the Downtown area of campus. If you want to be close to downtown, Summit Hall is great choice. It's also within easy walking distance of the Personal Rapid Transit, or P-R-T, so you can easily connect with the rest of town and the Evansdale area of campus. Summit's rooms are arranged in suites: two students per room share a bathroom with students in an adjoining room. Click on the 360 and Photo icons to see the rooms, Summit Café and other amenities.

Honors Hall is home to first-year students in the WVU Honors College. With live-in tutors, plenty of study lounges, and Honors College advisers located right inside the building, Honors Hall has what you need to succeed academically. Dadisman Hall combines great views of Morgantown with the convenience of being steps away from your Downtown classes. Located behind the Mountainlair Student Union and adjacent to Stalnaker Hall, Dadisman offers single, double and triple rooms with community bathrooms. Click the 360 and Photo icons to check it out.

Stalnaker Hall houses mainly sophomores, juniors, seniors and transfer students. It's right across from the Mountainlair Student Union and has a dining hall, electronic classroom, study rooms and lounges. Most of the rooms are two-bedroom suites, but Stalnaker also has the only loft rooms on campus – four people share a two-floor room with an attached bathroom. Boreman Hall is split into two parts: Boreman North, which houses only female students, and Boreman South, which is coed and houses both freshmen and upperclass students. Both are extremely popular because they are close to the Mountainlair Student Union and Downtown classrooms and restaurants. Do you like working out? What about making craft projects? The Evansdale Residential Complex may be perfect for you. It's close to the Student Recreation Center and intramural fields. Plus it has its own craft center and recreation area. You'll also have an easy walk to many classroom buildings, the Creative Arts Center, Art Museum, Coliseum and Milan Puskar Stadium. Have a class Downtown? No problem. The Personal Rapid Transit station is right next door. The Evansdale Residential Complex is a group of four interconnected halls: Bennett, Braxton, Brooke and Lyon Towers. Together, they are home for more than 1,800 Mountaineers. Each Tower offers single, double and triple rooms with community bathrooms. You can go to a computer lab, tutoring center and WVU's largest dining hall without leaving the building. High-tech, modern amenities – and close to everything Evansdale. That's Lincoln Hall. Rooms are arranged in suites, with four students sharing a bathroom. Lincoln's unique academic programs will enrich your college experience and introduce you to new ideas and faculty from many different departments. If you like luxury, definitely check out Oakland Hall, one of the newest communities on Evansdale. Oakland has double rooms and multiple single-occupancy bathrooms in a centralized area on each floor. You'll enjoy being right in the heart of Evansdale. University Park is in the middle of everything. Forget the hassle of parking. You can walk to the Health Sciences Center, Law Center, Student Recreation Center and the rest of the Evansdale campus. Choose from one-, two- or four-bedroom apartments. All are fully furnished. And the amenities may make your parents jealous. Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. At WVU, we work smart and we play smart. And at College Park, you have everything you need for serious work – an on-site study lounge and computer center, plus desks in every bedroom. But you can also make the most of your downtime. College Park offers a fitness center, coffee bar, media room and an outdoor kitchen and fireplace. Each of the fully-furnished one- to four-bedroom apartments has a private balcony for enjoying amazing views of Morgantown. You'll appreciate the convenience, too. College Park is less than half a mile from Downtown. You can leave your car in the on-site parking area and use the free shuttle to travel to and from campus throughout the day. All-inclusive living, steps away from the Downtown area of campus. Welcome to Vandalia Apartments. You could live closer to the College of Business and Economics, but only if you camped out in the lobby. Vandalia is about hassle-free living. Rent includes all utilities and furnishings. Vandalia is on a bus route and is a short walk from the Personal Rapid Transit.

University Place is all about convenience. The two-, three- and four-bedroom furnished apartments are perfect for sharing and making friends. And the all-inclusive rent means you won't have to worry about separate bills for electricity, cable, water and high-speed Internet. University Place is only a few steps from the Downtown area of campus, so it's easy to get to class or the library or catch a bus or the PRT. But why leave?
