Welcome to UAA's residential campus — just a short walk, bike, or shuttle ride from the main campus. My name is Ryleigh and I'm a Health Sciences major. We're in the Gorsuch Commons, which lies in the heart of the housing community. It features the Creekside Eatery, a convenience store and other amenities. It also features various spaces that promote social interaction and engagement, including the Cama-i Room, a gathering place and study center that focuses specifically on the needs of Alaska Native, Indigeneous and rural students living on the UAA campus. All housing options include basic furnishings and utilities, as well as a community you can connect and learn with. Before you explore our on-campus living community, let me share how you can navigate around. You can click on the forward facing arrow to start walking around. You can jump to the next stop by clicking on the "Next" button. Now, if you already know where you want to go, you can select any location by using the list OR by clicking directly on the map. Lastly, remember that you can explore any particular location in more detail by clicking the supplemental icons.
