Tour stop audio transcript
Welcome to Nova Southeastern University. A world-class education deserves a world-class destination. From a diverse cultural arts scene to the beach to professional sports, your college experience benefits immeasurably from NSU's location. There are more than 20,000 graduate and undergraduate students at NSU, but we're a tight-knit community. We're a large university with a small school vibe. The Shark Fountain in front of the Don Taft University Center represents NSU's mascot--the shortfin mako shark. This 17-foot bronze mako shark weighs 3,000 pounds and has 76 individually sculpted teeth. It's a symbol of Shark pride and a picture-perfect spot to capture memories with your friends, colleagues, and loved ones.
