Dorms and Residential Life - Underclassmen Living

Welcome to DeChantal and Marian residence hall, our largest residence building on campus. This co-ed dorm primarily hosts our first- and second-year students. All of our dorms are air-conditioned and fully furnished. With full kitchens located on the first and third floors, free washer and dryer units, and community lounge areas, Immaculata is the perfect home away from home.

Dorms and Residential Life - Upperclassmen

Welcome to the West Campus Apartments! These residences are home to our upperclassmen community and are a great first step into independent apartment living. Each space has five single rooms with a shared kitchen, restrooms, shower rooms and living space, with free laundry services available for all. Located next door to the IHM Student Center, residents are closest to campus amenities such as the Grill on the Hill, a fully-equipped fitness room, and a game room!

Health and Wellness

At Immaculata we're committed to the formation of the whole person in body, mind, and spirit! Our students can visit the Wellness Center for confidential counseling and health care, as well as prevention and educational programming. If you need to contact our wellness staff after hours, reach out to Campus Safety and you will be connected to an on-call counselor for professional help when you need it most. Fitness spaces are also available in the IHM Student Center and Alumnae Hall for all students regardless of fitness level.

Welcome to Alumnae Hall, the center of Immaculata's athletic legacy. Known as the birthplace of modern college women's basketball, Immaculata is home to the Mighty Macs, who won the first three national women's college basketball championships in 1972, 73, and 74. Their remarkable journey inspired the 2009 movie "The Mighty Macs," with scenes filmed right here on campus! But our athletic excellence isn't just confined to history. Immaculata continues to excel, winning championships throughout our 22 varsity sports. Alumnae Hall is also home to our pool, theater, and state-of-the-art athletic training facility. Immaculata is where athletic history lives and future champions are born!

History And Traditions

We are now inside the heart of Immaculata's campus: the Villa Maria Rotunda. Located under the dome, an iconic structure that has stood as the tallest point between Philadelphia and Harrisburg since Immaculata's founding in 1920, the Rotunda is a symbol of our rich history and cherished traditions. One of the most beloved of these traditions is Carol Night, an annual celebration uniting students, faculty, staff, and alumni to ring in the Christmas season under the dome. From the moment they first step on campus to the day they graduate, students are encouraged to add their unique chapter to our storied history.
