Also we may ask the customer to delay their asset recovery settlement so we can sell the product at a later date when demand is greater.

Our processing facility is vendor agnostic. We have the capability to process a full range of data center products such as servers, storage and network appliances. Enterprise renewal includes auditing, testing and preparing the technology for remarketing. If a component is no longer functional, we manage the recycling in a responsible and regulatory compliant manner.

When enterprise-wide products are handled by us, assets are audited by a team of experts familiar with the full range of data center products, whether HP or non-HP branded. Equipment is broken into individual components and tested. Components are checked for authenticity against counterfeiting and hardware is tested functional to HPFS specifications.

Our enterprise drive wipe processes are conducted in a secure location within the Technology Renewal Center. We use industry standard methods to clean and sanitize all enterprise assets. We are able to perform data erasure on HP and non-HP equipment, including drive degaussing and destruction, if required. More than 10,000 enterprise storage devices can be processed weekly in our Andover, Massachusetts facility.
