http://www.wpnr.org | #saintvincentcollege #nature #camp #outside #kids During Eco Adventure Camp at the Winnie Palmer Nature Reserve, 9-12-year-olds learn how to tie knots, navigate by using compasses, geocache, make walking sticks and fish! Several Saint Vincent students assist with the camp, as well as study the natural environment and conduct research on the 50-acre wildlife sanctuary. The reserve is a certified Nature Explore Classroom, based on a deep commitment to connecting children with nature, enhancing the physical environment and adding natural beauty to the surrounding area. Edited by Saint Vincent student Kathleen O’Reilly, this video will introduce you to the Nature Discovery experience.
