This performance is dedicated to the memory of Ambassador Dan Rooney, U.S. Ambassador to Ireland and Chairman of the Pittsburgh Steelers. For 51 years, Saint Vincent has hosted the summer training camp of the Pittsburgh Steelers. The concert begins with a performance of Bruckner’s sacred motet, Locus Iste, sung by the Saint Vincent College singers.
