Washington & Jefferson College has won the last three-consecutive Presidents' Athletic Conference titles in women's lacrosse, with Amanda Effland and Sarah Labovitz taking home the conference's Offensive Player of the Year Awards in 2023 and 2021, respectively, while 11th-year head coach, Alison Valerio, has been the Coach of the Year three years in a row.
