Here, you can see the proximity of campus and downtown. Easily, you can walk to fun activities, but return to the safety of campus whenever you need to. Campus security patrols highly trafficked walking paths, called the cat path, and is easily accessible through the emergency blue light poles along the cat path. The tall blue building is called "The Big Blue Building" and is the heart of downtown Lexington.
