We are pleased to have as our key clinical partner for the BS/MD program, St. Barnabas Hospital Health System, a leader in community-based primary care medicine and has a mission complimentary to ours. Located in one of the poorest neighborhoods of New York City, St. Barnabas is a non-profit, acute care community hospital, Level 2 Trauma Center that treats some of the most critically ill and severely injured patients in the city. Having more than 400,000 outpatient visits annually, our students are exposed to clinical experiences that reinforce the medical education taught in the classroom and small group sessions.
