The 60-acre Nature Reserve named for the wife of golfer Arnold Palmer, who was born in Latrobe and still lives nearby. A 19th century barn has been transformed into an environmental education center, where students study the environment and conduct field research. In addition to the reserve, 20 acres of the campus have been developed into three wetlands that serve as an outdoor lab for students.
Just about every day of the academic year, you’ll find good reasons to get out and about on campus—lectures, comedians, parties, concerts and lots of events through the more than 40 student organizations.
