Housing at Colgate is guaranteed for all four years, and more than 90 percent of our students choose to live in Colgate-owned housing all four years. For your first year, the traditional double is most common, but triples, singles, and even four- or five-person suites are also available. Laundry facilities are in each hall and there are shared common areas, too. Every residence hall has several resident advisers, they are there for advice and support and to help students meet one another.
