Murchison Performance Arts Center

Murchison Performing Arts Center is where students of the acclaimed UNT College of Music display their skills, and where UNT and the community come to experience world-class entertainment. The center houses the 1025-seat Winspear Performance Hall and the 400-seat Lyric (black box) Theatre. Vocalists, musicians, composers and conductors from UNT's leading programs, as well as renowned artists from around the world embrace the opportunity to perform in our award-winning spaces.

Gateway Center

The Gateway Center is UNT's newest building addition, located in the southwest corner of campus. Gateway seamlessly houses several key administrative offices, The Center for Continuing Education and a ground floor dedicated to conferences and events. From its testing and classrooms to board rooms, meeting rooms and spacious banquet hall, this facility is outfitted with the latest equipment and amenities.

Coliseum

Just off of Avenue D is UNT's Coliseum where the Division I Mean Green basketball teams practice and play. The Coliseum (aka "The Super Pit"), a facility known as one of the best in college basketball, seats just under 10,000 fans, and prides itself on 100% unobstructed views all around. With a full press room, meeting spaces and a 6,000-square-foot Gymnastics Room, The Coliseum is a perfect place for concerts, camps, commencements and other events.

Willis Library

The spacious Willis Library is where you'll find reference volumes for Humanities and Social Sciences. The library is open 24 hours most days of the week and features a 24-hour-access computer lab. Administrative offices and a conference room are located on the second floor. Designated study areas are available to students on both floors, including plenty of Internet- ready stations. The Cyber Café on the first floor is an alternative place to study or take a break with your favorite coffee drink in hand.

Eagle Student Services Center

The Eagle Student Services Center houses key services for every UNT student including Enrollment, Registration, Cashier and Accounting, and Financial Aid and Scholarships. The building is also home to the Toulouse School of Graduate Studies and The START (STudent Academic Readiness Team), helping all UNT students achieve their full academic potential. Finally, Student Services facilitates campus tours for prospective students and offers extended hours Monday through Thursday and Saturdays on the lower floor.

Hurley Administration Building on Chestnut Street is home to significant administrative offices, including the Office of the President, University Relations, Communications & Marketing, and Research and Development. It is also home to the approximately 300 employees who ensure that the university's property and facilities are fully-equipped, up-to-date and in exceptional condition, daily. Safety, security, sustainability and accessibility are among the school's top priorities for its more than 33,000 enrolled students.

Music Building

The Music Building, in the heart of campus, is home to the UNT College of Music. The college offers some of the most challenging, highly-regarded music programming in the nation. Here vocal artists, musicians and composers spanning a wide range of styles, have access to top-tier faculty and state-of-the-art classrooms, practice spaces and equipment. In addition to several other performance venues on campus, the Music Building houses five performances spaces that produce approximately 1,000 concerts each year.

Bruce Hall

Bruce Hall, located just a short walk from the Music Building on Chestnut Street, is UNT's oldest residence hall. Students living here have double rooms with access to music practice rooms, a concert hall, game room, computer lab, TV lounge, and laundry facilities. Outside the building is a courtyard with outdoor cooking space. Bruce Hall is home to Bruce Cafeteria, the highest-trafficked cafeteria on campus. The cafeteria offers always fresh foods for breakfast, lunch, "lite" lunch and dinner. The cafeteria prides itself on its wide array of options, taking all students' dietary needs into account. A fun fact about Bruce? These halls were once graced by alumni such as Don Henley and Norah Jones.

Chestnut Hall

Chestnut Hall is a newer facility on campus designed to meet the needs of a rapidly growing UNT student population. The facility serves students seeking career, counseling, wellness and money management guidance. The wellness center spans the entire third floor and features 26 student exam rooms, a new medical lab and pharmacy.
