Fox Hall

Welcome to the East Campus. Eighteen-story Fox Hall is not only the second-tallest building in Lowell, but also houses the university's largest dining hall, complete with a late-night cafe and fireplace. The majority of undergraduate students live on East, many in living-learning communities grouped by interest.

Leitch, Bourgeois, & Donahue Halls

Two of six residence halls on East, Leitch and Bourgeois, have doubles and quads for more than 600 students. Donahue offers four-, six- and eight-person suites for nearly 350 more. Large meeting rooms, study spaces and lounges are located adjacent to student rooms, facilitating a program that helps new students transition successfully into college. Nestled behind Donahue is the university's Urban Agriculture Greenhouse.

University Suites

University Suites is a residence hall fully reserved for students in our Honors College. It has four- and six-person suites complete with kitchens and lounges on each floor. Study rooms have white boards and comfy space for group projects or individual work. The Hawks Nest Cafe provides easy access to great food on the first floor.

River Hawk Village

River Hawk Village offers beautiful loft-style and amenity-filled housing options. Full kitchens, common spaces, in-unit laundry and private bathrooms provide students the comforts of home in a unique and convenient setting. There is lounge and group study space available on each floor. Just steps from Campus Rec and the Tsongas Center, River Hawk Village is also neighbors with the Outdoor Adventure Program and Bike Shop, which runs our Freewheelers bike-share program.

Sheehy and Concordia

Sheehy and Concordia residence halls overlook the Merrimack River on South Campus, complete with the best sunset views on campus. In Sheehy, all the rooms are suite-style with a bathroom and a common area. Concordia has single and double rooms and is co-ed by wing.

Riverview Suites

Riverview Suites consists of two suite-style buildings. Riverview East houses four- to six-person suites, while Riverview West has four- and six-person apartments with double bedrooms and full kitchens. The complex has a large fitness center on the first floor and a footbridge to connect the building to the Riverview parking lot, and all of the action on South Campus.
