The idea of the restaurant in New York was born in 1972, when I came here for the first time. I was 20 and I was a student with a whole life ahead, and many dreams. My undergraduate degree in medicine, leaving me little time for leisure in my beloved Genoa. In New York for the first time I had time ... time to think, to plan. The streets of Manhattan and Central Park gave me a sense of tranquility. At each corner I found a flea market, a nightclub, the periphery. The museums, exhibitions, demonstrations have taught me to look around and in a city as cosmopolitan now as then, it was not difficult to learn to live! In 2011, after spending a lifetime in operating theaters and forming a beautiful family, the dream has become reality: The Tre Stelle Italian Restaurant & Bar was born
