Our tour continues with Franks Hall, one of our academic buildings. The spacious building is popular with our students and houses Chisholm Auditorium, The Office of Undergraduate Admissions, and Dragon Brew (serving delicious Starbucks coffee). Our Chisholm Auditorium features band, choir and speaker events. If you are taking a tour of campus, the tour would begin here at Franks Hall. We have several classrooms in the building too. Friedley Hall is a residence hall (First Year Students) and also houses our Alumni & Development Office & the International Student Services Office, which houses the International Admissions Office, International Advising Office, International Student Programs, English as a Second Language (ESL) program and the Accessibility Services Office. The International Student Services Office provides a welcoming environment for international students in the form of admissions, academic advising, language proficiency and other services, as well as opportunities for cultural exchange and awareness from the point of inquiry to matriculation.

Welcome to Dragon Nation! We are proud to be Tiffin University Dragons. Our student athletes have great pride in our university and their teams. The Hayes Center for the Arts, is home to our George Kidd Chapel, the recording studio, art studios, music rehearsal rooms, and the Diane Kidd Art Gallery. Students enjoy the modern facilities and engage in developing their artistic talents. The Diane Kidd Art Gallery exhibits regional and national artists. The Gallery also showcases our students and their projects. Tiffin University has a rich tradition of cultivating a love and appreciation for the arts. Students are required to take at least one art course in their undergraduate program. The course maybe a digital photography course, ceramics, painting, sculptures, whatever the student is interested in learning about. A knowledge, love and appreciation for the arts lasts a life time!

The Hertzer Technology Center houses computer labs and classrooms where the faculty provide engaging, interactive presentations and lectures to facilitate learner knowledge acquisition. Because our classrooms are small, Tiffin students are continually engaged in the learning process with faculty members. Our faculty members have terminal degrees plus professional experience. They incorporate theories and book information combined with best practices from their field. Our faculty members help students get connected and ready for the real world!

Tiffin University recognizes the importance of healthy living. Over the last year, we have quadrupled the size of our training facility and we provide incredible weight training and exercise experiences. All students can access the Hanson Fitness Center for exercise purposes. Tiffin University hopes our students will be academically successful but also lead a balanced life. Our facilities help students achieve their personal and professional goals. We take care of our students! Hanson is also the home for the Exercise Science classrooms and lab.

We are proud of the new Heminger Center. The sprawling 122,000 square feet facility contains an indoor 8 lane track and 60 yard turf field. Our student athletes excel in their training and practice from the benefits of this facility. We instill the value of hard work, discipline, and community service to our students. All of our Tiffin University students have access to the facility to enhance their quality of life, improve their healthy choices, and become active on campus.

Our spacious amenities afford students the luxury of participating in NCAA Division 2 athletics. Our men's soccer team competed in the NCAA Division II National Tournament in 2013 and 2014 and the women competed in the 2011 NCAA Division II National Tournament.

The tradition of academic excellence is evident in many areas of the campus and online, but this building is the cornerstone. The history of the building details the friendly atmosphere on campus and continues the tradition of providing excellent academic opportunities.

Whether you need books, articles, or virtual materials through Ohio Link, our Pfeiffer Library assists your research needs. Students study, research, and collaborate using our library facilities. The computer classroom offers students the ability to learn in a productive, quiet environment. The library helps our students achieve their academic goals. The Murphy Academic Support Center (2014) houses the Office of Academic Advising & Career Development Office, providing students with access to in-person academic support. Students may visit the Murphy Center for individual or group tutoring, along with many other types of academic support. All tutors are trained to assist students with basic study skills problems. Tutors have also demonstrated superior ability in certain subjects that enable them to provide help related to specific courses. The MASC also schedules workshops related to the FYS (First-Year Seminar) curriculum and English seminars to help strengthen writing skills.
