Every Cowboy needs a home! We're excited for you to explore our Oklahoma State University residential life community and the various housing options available to you through this virtual tour. In total, OSU has more than 30 residential halls and neighborhoods, giving you a variety of distinct living styles to choose from. Stout Hall is a historic building offering traditional living to our Honors College students. This four-floor hall is co-ed, with men and women living on separate wings. Room options include one- or two-bedroom occupancy with community bathrooms. The building also features a formal living room and classroom spaces, which can make traveling to class very convenient. The Village Neighborhood includes six suit-style buildings with double- or single-bedroom options as well as lounge space, laundry facilities, full kitchen and study space on each floor. Residents can also take advantage of the nearby Colvin Recreation Center. Many of our Living Learning Programs occupy space in the Villages.

Patchin-Jones Hall features deluxe-suite style living with four single bedroom and two bathrooms units or two double-bedroom and two-bathroom units. All suites house four students. The four-story suites are co-ed, with same gender units. Students can take advantage of community lounges and kitchens as well as an outdoor basketball court for recreation and relaxation.

Located in the heart of campus, Iba Hall offers traditional community living for undergraduate and graduate students. The building is co-ed by floor, and each floor houses approximately 60 residents and includes two community bathrooms and a student lounge. The hall is home to Living Learning Program participants, including first-generation students, global scholars and those interested in sustainable living. Conveniently located just a few steps away, you will find OSU Health Services and the Colvin Recreation Center.

Kamm Hall features 24 apartments in a three-floor building. Kamm is a great option for animal lovers as each apartment is allowed one pre-approved pet. Kamm residents can also take advantage of Pattillo's Community Center, which features gathering space and recreational opportunities. The area is served by the OSU Transit System and ample off-street parking is provided.

The Griffith Community Center is the community hub for the residence halls on the north side of campus. It serves the residents of suite halls Zink-Allen and Booker-Stinchcomb as well as the apartments of Bost, Carreker East and West, Davis, McPherson, Morsani-Smith, Payne-Ellis, Sitlington and Young Halls. The center features a pool and ping pong table, television, print station and comfortable seating for community events or study sessions.

The Brumley Neighborhood is a popular choice among families and singles alike. These two-bedroom and one-bathroom apartments include access to an on-site laundry facility and community center. Brumley also features a center courtyard with green space for picnics, games and outdoor enjoyment.

Bennet Hall is home to over 600 students, including those in the Honors Living Learning Program and many of OSU's student athletes. Units are co-ed by floor, and students can choose from single, double, triple or quad floor plans. Residents can enjoy the renovated basement, which features a fireplace, grand piano and study and recreation areas. Located across the street from Gallagher-Iba Arena, Boone Pickens Stadium and the Wrestling Hall of Fame, Bennett is a great location for OSU sports enthusiasts.

University Commons is the newest housing area on OSU's campus. Comprised of three buildings, each one has everything a student needs to be comfortable including a shared kitchen and on-site laundry. Each residence hall features a two-story main lobby and lounge with a fireplace. The Commons were designed with student privacy in mind - each floor has private spaces like window benches to study quietly. The complex provides a place to relax and prepare students for another exciting day on campus. It's a short walk from the Colvin Recreation Center and the recently added North Dining.

Morsani-Smith Hall is home to over 200 Cowboys, including many student athletes. The U-shaped apartment building has three floors and includes two- or four-bedroom and two-bathroom options. Residents can enjoy the nearby recreation area with a sand volleyball court, basketball courts, outdoor grills and hammock poles.

Sitlington Hall houses 46 students in furnished two-bedroom and two-bathroom apartments. Floor plans include living room, kitchen, utility room and private bedroom and bathroom spaces. Residents also have access to a balcony or patio from their apartment.

Booker-Stinchcomb Hall offers unique deluxe two-bedroom and one-bathroom suites featuring a small kitchenette. Additional features include laundry facilities on each floor, a community kitchen on every other floor as well as study spaces and recreational items throughout.

Bost Hall offers furnished apartment living to 96 freshmen students across three floors. Residents have access to the Griffith Community Center and are near garage parking and business services. Bost Hall's vibrant community is open to freshmen only.

Parker Hall is home to over 200 freshmen students from the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology. This traditional hall features double occupancy bedrooms with two community bathrooms on each floor. The large basement space provides a dedicated area for residents to study, collaborate and interact with fellow students. Members of the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology staff also live in the hall to support to residents and host dinners, socials and other events.

Carreker East and Carreker West Halls offer furnished apartment living options for all classification of students. All units are two bedroom and one bathroom with living room, dining room, kitchen and utility room spaces. Located in the Morrison Neighborhood, Carreker East and West Halls are conveniently served by the OSU Transit System.
