Kenneth W. Padgett Administration Building

The Kenneth W. Padgett Administration Building is a central hub of activity on campus. Dr. Padgett was the College's President from 1989 to 2000 and led the effort to move campus from Long Island to Seneca Falls, N.Y., in 1991. Offices in the Administration building include the Office of Admissions; the Financial Aid Office, the Registrar & Bursar's Offices, the campus post office; campus security; the information technology offices, and the Delevan Theatre. Future students begin their campus visit by meeting with their admissions counselor in the Admissions Office.

Tunnels

While we love the beautiful winters here in Upstate New York, we also like staying warm and dry while walking from building to building. To help get around in cold weather, our Seneca Falls campus has a series of tunnels that connect the administration building, the library, the anatomy center, and the main academic buildings. Student dining options, including our Self-Serve Market Vending area and Café 19 are accessible from these tunnels.

Academic Building I

We've arrived at Academic I, the primary location of classrooms, labs, and a few other important offices. The lower level contains clinical laboratories and general study areas. The main floor houses the Office of Student Engagement, a one-stop-shop for housing, clubs, and organizations, and for student tutoring, counseling, and support services. The main floor is also home to the Campus Health Center, where Doctor of Chiropractic student clerks begin their hands-on clinical experience, under the mentorship of experienced faculty-clinicians. The Academic I third floor houses practice spaces for students, including simulated patient diagnosis rooms and technique labs where our future doctors begin perfecting their adjusting skills.

Academic Building III

Academic III's main floor contains numerous faculty offices, as well as 2 large lecture rooms with capacity for 200 students in each. The top floor also houses faculty offices; 2 additional lecture rooms with capacity for 100 students in each and several chiropractic technique labs. The glass-walled Academic III atrium, located on the south end of the building, spans both levels and hosts campus events and even some trainings and classes throughout the year.

Seneca Falls Health Center

The Seneca Falls Health Center is one of three outpatient community health centers operated by Northeast College. The health center provides caring, patient-centered, outcome-oriented treatment to the greater Seneca Falls area and surrounding community. Here, student clerks work under the guidance of licensed health care practitioners to provide hands-on chiropractic and nutritional care. Other treatment options include acupuncture, massage therapy, podiatry and diagnostic imaging.

Academic Building II (College Research)

The Research Building, also known as Academic II, is an 8,000 square foot facility that is a hub for faculty and students actively involved in research projects. Students are encouraged to expand their knowledge in the field of chiropractic research and are able to participate in research projects as subjects or as researchers. The research building houses a Motor Systems Physiology lab, a Bioinstrumentation lab, a nutrition lab and a Biomechanics lab.

Anatomy Center

We are now in the College's Anatomy Center, located on ground floor of the library building. The Anatomy Center consists of the anatomy laboratory and prosection theater. The laboratory includes cold-storage and preparation rooms for cadavers, X-ray equipment, faculty offices, and conference areas. The prosection theater is equipped with video equipment and monitors to for student viewing of the day's dissection. At Northeast College of Health Sciences, we consider touching to be a crucial learned skill. The Anatomy Center provides students the opportunity to gain deep understanding of what human muscle, bone, nerve and arteries feel like, and then use that important knowledge for patient assessment.

Library

The Library is an important hub for Northeast students, offering a dynamic environment for learning. Students can take advantage of group study rooms and quiet areas, as well as the Commons, a great central place to hang out, watch TV, enjoy a coffee or tea and recharge devices. Our state of the art anatomage tables allow for students to explore the human body without the use of a cadaver. Extensive collections of books, journals, and media are available, including rare and out-of-print materials on chiropractic, nutrition, radiographic films, models and videos of lectures. Students also have access to online databases along with digital books, and journals. Library staff provide in-person, online and telephone services including reference, circulation, interlibrary loan and instructional programs.

Huron Hall

We have arrived at Huron Hall, one of Northeast College's on-campus residence halls. Our residence life program offers a secure campus environment and has accommodations for single and married students. All suites include individual bedrooms, a living/study room, at least one in-suite bathroom, a refrigerator, cable TV and Wi-Fi. Each building features a centralized community kitchen, a recreation room, washer & dryer facilities and storage space.

Standard Process Health and Fitness Center

We are now at the Standard Process Health & Fitness Center, one of the most popular campus locations for the College's many fitness- and wellness-focused students. If you enjoy running, swimming, basketball, tennis, weight lifting, yoga or other activities, the fitness center is for you! The Health & Fitness Center houses a full-sized gym with basketball courts, a running track and an Olympic-sized swimming pool. There are also treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical machines and nautilus equipment, as well as a free weight and stretching room.
