The Commons

The Commons is MWU's center of student activity. This is where you can converse with classmates, kick back and catch up on TV, pick up your mail or challenge someone to a game of Foosball. It's also where you can get a full, fresh meal at the Cafeteria or a coffee or snack from the Coffee Shop. The bookstore is here with all of your textbooks, supplies and MWU gear. Should you need to hop online or get some work done while you're here, The Commons also has its own computer lab.

Redwood Hall

Redwood Hall is a spacious student residence that features six floors of fully-furnished, single-occupancy rooms. Rooms include private and shared bathrooms. Kitchenettes, laundry facilities and study rooms are shared spaces on each floor. Room amenities include air conditioning, DirecTV and wireless Internet. The hall also features an Interfaith Chapel.

Recreation & Wellness Hall

Here we are at Recreation and Wellness Hall, just a short walk from WMU's residential halls. This is where students, staff and faculty can access facilities and equipment to keep them energized and at the top of their game. The hall features modern weight and fitness rooms as well as music and craft rooms. There are also handball, racquetball, volleyball and basketball courts. WMU students also enjoy access to several intramural sports programs.

Centennial Hall

Centennial Hall is located in the heart of campus just off of the bell tower quad. The facility houses three research labs and a large pharmacy practice, with focus on direct application. Centennial also features two instructional lecture halls with comfortable seating for over 250 students and top-notch presentation technology.

Basic Science Building

We're here in the center of campus, at the Basic Science Building. This high-tech facility features a wide range of research and instructional spaces. Laboratories housed here include anatomy, multidisciplinary, dental simulation, and osteopathic manipulative medicine skills.

Alumni Hall

Alumni Hall is home to the College of Health and Chicago College of Pharmacy offices. It also houses on-tech osteopathic, physical, and occupational therapy labs, classrooms, and research facilities. Hyde Atrium, which connects the two wings of the building, is a popular place for award ceremony presentations and other special events.

Prabhu Hall

The 45,000-square-foot Prabhu Hall is home to several of WMU's anatomy and animal research labs. Here students join top scientists and take significant steps toward exciting careers in clinical work. All labs are fully accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care (AAALAC).

Haspel/Hambrick Hall

You might pay a visit to Haspel/Hambrick Hall to enroll in classes, request transcripts, manage your financial aid or check in about work-study opportunities on campus. The Hall is also home to several other administrative offices including Alumni Relations and Business Services.

Littlejohn Hall

Located at the entrance to campus, the two-story Littlejohn Hall serves as a key multipurpose facility. It houses the campus Library, which features an ample print and digital collection, designated study space, and a medical information laboratory; a student lounge (open 24 hours); MWU's Hall of Memories and a 1,000-seat auditorium for special events.
