Hola Abuela! Last week, Tio Calder took me to Legoland. It was AWESOME. It was a world made completely out of legos with so much to do. Tio Calder and I took a lot of cool pictures that makes it feel like you were right there with me. I hope someday you can come to Florida and we can go together!

The Beginning

The first part of Legoland is called The Beginning. When you walk through the gates, a huge lego dinosaur sprays water at you as you walk by. It must have taken a million pieces to make it! I avoided getting wet and ran straight for The Factory, where I can find any Lego piece I want and make whatever I want. Then I asked Tio Calder if he'd go on the carousel with me. I laughed at him because he was too big for the horse.

Island in the Sky

The Island in the Sky is SO COOL. Tio Calder says that it was made before my daddy was even born. That's so old! It goes hundreds of feet in the air and spins around so that you can see the entire park and all of the lakes. Down below I could see all of the rides I wanted to go on. When we got off, I ran for the closest roller coaster, The Dragon!

Kingdoms

The Kingdoms is my favorite part of Legoland. As soon as I walked through the castle gates I got on The Dragon. It was really fast but I wasn't scared at all. Then I went and played hide and seek with Tio Calder at The Forestmen's Hideout. I wanted to buy a sword and shield like the lego knights I have at home, but Tio told me he had a surprise for me and that we should wait.

Miniland

Whoever built Miniland had a lot of time on their hands. There was everything at Miniland. They had the space shuttle, the Millennium Falcon, the White House, skyscrapers , pirate ships, everything. I really liked Miniland, but I knew another roller coaster was our next stop, so I asked Tio if we could keep going.

Coastersaurus

Coastersaurus is a wooden roller coaster that doesn't go very fast but it is still really fun. After we got off I got back in line to ride it a second time. I would have kept riding it but I wanted to go on a safari.

Safari Trek

Tio Calder let me drive the jeep as we looked at giraffes, lions, elephants, and other wild animals. The animals look so real...I really don't know how someone could have made them all out of Legos!

Cypress Gardens

I have never seen anything like Cypress Gardens. It's more than just a big garden. On the other side of the bridge is a jungle full of trees and flowers I had never seen before. There was also a really nice view of Lake Eloise with trees growing out of the lake. My favorite part was the Banyan tree. It looks like an alien tree.

It was so hot that I asked Tio if he'd give me a piggy back ride to our car. I was tired!

The BIG Shop

Before we got to our car Tio Calder surprised me by taking me to The Big Shop! He told me to pick what I wanted and he would buy it for me. It was so hard because there are so many choices. I had to choose between Star Wars, The Lego Movie, a castle, cars, and so much more. It's probably my favorite shop in the world!

WOW! Tio Calder got me the spaceship from The Lego Movie. It says it's for 9+ year olds, but I am very good at building legos and finished building it the next day. It shoots four rockets and has two small space ships that detach. I hope you enjoyed these photos and I hope you and abuelo can come with me to Legoland someday. I can't wait to see you during Christmas!
