Dominating the entrance, the impressively lit floor to ceiling "Metropolis" bar, pays homage to New York's grandest structural legacy, the skyscraper, whilst the interior locale recalls an era when the exaltation of the senses was paramount: golden gilt mirrors, candelabra sconces and exotic reproductions of Italian Neo-Romantic art accent the 22 foot ruby red walls whilst soft banquettes and ambient lounge music offer lush, sensual and intimate comfort.
