Champs-Elysées

Spanning just over one mile in the 8th arrondissement, the Champs-Elysées is one of the most famous places in Paris to spend a few euros. Window shop at one of the many luxury stores, or just pick up a scarf at H&M.

Arc de Triomphe

Standing tall in the Place Charles de Gaulle, this famous monument crowns the Champs Elyseés. Be sure to visit the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, which lies beneath the Arc, but watch out for traffic! The roundabout surrounding the Arc is almost as impressive as the structure itself.

Sacré-Coeur

This famous white-domed church and basilica is surrounded by the romantically bohemian neighborhood of Montmartre. Start from the bottom and walk your way up to the Sacré-Coeur—just don't forget your camera! Sitting atop the highest point in Paris, some of your best shots of the city will come from this stunning vantage point.

Notre Dame de Paris

Visit the Notre Dame de Paris and find yourself at almost the literal center of the City of Light—the point zéro of Paris is marked on the ground outside of this famous cathedral. You can stop by anytime for a visit, or even attend a service.

Latin Quarter
