Welcome to our hotel lobby! This serves as the hub of the hotel, where you will see a number of encounters. As you move through the lobby, you may see guests arriving and checking in or leaving and checking out. You might see guests meeting friends & family or just relaxing with a good book; some guests may even utilize the space and office computers to catch up on work! There are plenty of job roles that make up the lobby space, which guests will interact with include the concierge who may have an array of responsibilities - from recommending nearby restaurants and activities to connecting guests with other departments within the hotel.

Our bright and tidy guest rooms are what the hotel is all about! We, the Room Attendants, make sure the rooms feel fresh and clean and are a home away from home for our guests. We touch everything you see in this suite: making sure the trash is emptied, the floors are vacuumed, the furniture is dusted, and the beds are clean. We also wipe the windows and make sure the clocks show the right time. Before we punch the room clean for the front desk to assign to a guest, we fluff the pillows and open the curtains wide to let in the sun and show off the gorgeous views.

Each guest room has its own private bath! Some include a luxurious tub while others come with a hot and steamy shower. As Room Attendants, we are also responsible for a clean and fresh bathroom experience for every guest. We mop the floors, clean the vanity, wipe the mirrors and the tub or shower. We make sure that the guest feels right at home and the bathroom is stocked with amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap. The final touch is the freshest, whitest towels our guests have ever seen. Soft to touch and folded neatly, making the bathroom feel complete.

Welcome to the Restaurant! A place to sample the combined hospitality of the service and culinary teams. Three Meal Restaurants are open all day and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Markets offer grab and go offerings to our guest. Specialty Restaurants offer local or fine dining cuisine. Bars offer a relaxing place to catch a game or enjoy a city skyline. Some hotels only have one "outlet" or restaurant, while resort properties can offer all types. At the entry level, you could be a server assistant, bar back, food runner, or part of the stewarding teams. The teams work hand and hand to produce good food and service in a timely manner.

The first thing you notice when you enter is the sounds of the kitchen. Followed by a slight change of temperature as you pass the stove and the change in scenery as you witness different foods being cooked and prepared. Welcome to Culinary, as this job takes a lot of energy and care (prepare to be on your feet your entire shift), requires excellent communication, and mutual respect in the kitchen. Some responsibilities may include chopping onions, peeling potatoes, cooking items on the stove or using a fryer. Your shift responsibilities vary as often as the menu does. Every day is different in culinary, and that is what makes it an exciting place to work.
