David B. Burks American Heritage Building

The David B. Burks American Heritage Building, named after Harding's Chancellor, is one of the more prominent buildings on campus. The building features a 500-seat auditorium, a 50-room hotel called the Heritage Inn, administrative offices, meeting rooms for the campus and community, and the university's main cafeteria known by our students as "The Caf".

Hammon Student Center

Just like the name implies, the Hammon Student Center is the center of daily activity throughout the school year. With the Harding University Bookstore, a Federal Post Office, ATM's, and popular eating options including Chick-fil-a, Taco Bell and Einstein Brothers Bagels all under one roof, the Student Center is a common place to reconnect with friends.

Jim Bill McInteer Bible and World Missions Center

The McInteer Bible and World Missions Center houses the College of Bible & Ministry where 17 classrooms and 35 faculty offices fill the center. And since all Harding students will enroll in a Bible course each semester, students will become very familiar with this building. Here they'll meet for their Bible course, or chat about life and faith with one of our esteemed Bible faculty. Or they might meet here with other students to prepare to go abroad on a summer mission trip or internship.

George S. Benson Auditorium

The largest auditorium in the state and named after Harding's second president, Benson Auditorium is the location for daily Chapel as well as many other events for students each week. Every year Harding brings to campus big-name entertainment such as Need to Breathe, Lady Antebellum, and The Avett Brothers, as well as former US Presidents, Prime Ministers and other world leaders who will fill Benson Auditorium to capacity. And don't forget Spring Sing, the popular student production which attracts thousands to the auditorium each spring.

Pryor-England Center for Science and Engineering

The Pryor-England Center houses 5 of the 9 departments that comprise the college of sciences. The department of mathematics and the four laboratory intensive areas of engineering, computer science, chemistry, and biology are located in this building. If you are lucky, you may be able to secure a tour of the legendary steam tunnels that lie underneath the building!

J.E and L.E. Mabee Business Building

The Mabee Business Building is home to the Paul R. Carter College of Business Administration. In addition to our undergraduate business program, this building also hosts the Graduate School of Business, the Center for Professional Excellence (our career center), the Belden Center for Free Enterprise, and the Center for Business as Missions. Classes are taught in 11 integrated technology classrooms, 3 computer labs, finance lab classroom, and large multi-purpose conference center. This building was designed with our students in mind as demonstrated by our 2 student conference rooms, multiple group rooms, student lounge, sitting areas and study alcoves located throughout the building.

Rhodes-Reaves Field House

The legendary home of Harding basketball and volleyball, the Rhodes-Reaves Field House underwent a major renovation in 2016, and was designated a few years ago as the "Best Road Trip in College Basketball" by Enterprise Rent-A Car. Armstrong Hall has been the residence hall of choice for most freshmen men for decades. And with renovations that have occurred every few years, you can see why. Each room in Armstrong Hall, as well as every traditional residence hall on campus, houses 2 students and offers a suite-style bathroom which is shared with the 2 students who reside next door. Some of the closest friendships in college come from getting to know roommates and suitemates.

Ganus Activities Complex

Renovated in 2016, the Ganus Activities Complex is the hub of Harding's intramural and club sports program. The complex is a 142,000 square foot facility that includes the new Waller Recreation Center. The facility is world-class, and is used free of charge by Harding students.

Jim Citty Football & Athletic Training Complex

Part of the massive Ganus Athletic Center, the impressive Jim Citty Football and Athletic Training Complex was built in 2011, and is home to Harding football's 132-unit locker room, 6,600-square foot weight room, professional-style equipment room, and team meeting room. It is one of the premier athletic facilities at the NCAA Division II level. The Citty Complex also houses Harding's athletic training facility, a state-of-the-art treatment and rehabilitation area for student-athletes.

The Harding Softball Field debuted in 2014 as one of the top softball facilities in Division II. The field was home to the 2017 team that advanved to the NCAA Division II Central Super Regional in only its fourth season as a program!

The Reynolds Center is home to the departments of communication, music and theatre and is where some of Harding's most visible students produce, create and perform. The Center features a TV studio, recital hall, two radio stations, student publications offices, rehearsal halls, computer labs, studios and classrooms. Swaid Center for Health Sciences

The Swaid Center for Health Sciences houses the College of Allied Health, the Carr College of Nursing and the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. It has two clinical spaces in which services are provided to the community and 10 rooms for student instruction. One multipurpose room, The Freeman Center, is used for meetings, receptions, and seminars. A special feature of the building is the connection that links the Swaid building to the Farrar Center for Health Sciences. This physical connection along with the multiple study and conversation areas facilitate interprofessional education and collaboration activities as faculty and students utilize state of the art medical simulators and instrumentation.

Legacy Park

Legacy Park is Harding University's newest apartment complex, which opened Fall 2012. The 28 separate buildings are built in the new urban town concept each with its own distinctive look and exterior color scheme. Popular with students is Harding's own Starbucks located on the first floor of one of the buildings.
