Welcome to Perimeter College's Newton Campus! We're ranked among the top 20 two-year colleges in the U.S. Here, students can choose from more than 30 academic pathways to an associate degree. Known as one of Perimeter College's most picturesque campuses, Newton features nearly 100 acres of forested land and greenspace 40 miles east of Georgia State's Atlanta Campus. The Student Services building houses the Admissions Office, Student Life Center, Newton Campus Library, Learning & Tutoring Center and Access & Accommodations Center. The campus features rich student life with a wide array of activities and opportunities for involvement.

The Newton Campus Library is cozy and inviting, offering more than just books. Throughout the year, the library delivers online workshops on research skills, time management, technology, citations and professionalism. Students can check out technology that includes Chromebooks, graphic calculators and laptops. The light-filled library offers spacious conference rooms for group study sessions as well as intimate seating areas for quiet reading or writing. The library often hosts special displays during campus-wide celebrations, like the Daffodil Festival.

The Newton Campus Student Center in Building 1N is a hub for a variety of student services and classrooms. The first floor features the Dual Enrollment Office for high school students, Student Financial Services, Academic Advisement and Enrollment Services. It also features a community garden cultivated by faculty and students as part of the campus-wide Academic Community Engagement program. Fresh produce grown here is donated to a local food bank. Newton County earned Atlanta the title "Hollywood of the South," as film and production studios surround the Newton Campus. Students create their own films in the Creation & Technology (CAT) Lab.

On the third floor of the Student Center in Building 1N is the TRIO Student Support Services. TRIO offers assistance for students who are first-generation, financially eligible or registered with disability services. This federally supported program facilitates college tours around the state, academic coaching, financial aid and scholarship search assistance. TRIO aims to increase the academic and career potential of its participants and to promote the progression and academic success of its students.

Offering everything from kickboxing classes to flag football, Newton Campus Recreational Services boasts a state-of-the-art fitness center with workout equipment, free weights and a full slate of activities to help students keep fit. Learn about healthy eating habits, and engage in sports and intramural programming. Students love the group fitness class offerings, which are tailored to participants of all athletic levels, and special events, like free-throw basketball contests.
