Welcome to Gonzaga's Residence Hall tour! Housing and Residence Life creates safe, inclusive, and dynamic communities that empower students' holistic development through social engagement and experiential learning. First and second year students are required to live on campus, with 21 residence hall and apartment options. All residence halls offer free laundry facilities. We begin our tour at Coughlin Hall, a co-ed buidling for roughly 300 first and second year students. This is home to five living and learning communities on campus and features, study rooms, lounge spaces, kitchens on each floor, a classroom and so much more. Catherine/Monica Hall (known around campus as "CM") is a co-ed hall comprised of mainly first-year students. CM is home to about 340 students and offers several lounge spaces throughout the building, as well as a study room in each wing. There is a kitchen and plenty of space to relax. This is one of the largest residence halls on campus.

Madonna is a co-ed residence hall that houses about 140 students. Men and women live on separate floors with a kitchenette on each floor. The basement houses a large kitchen area available for all students, a recreational area, and easy access to the Hemmingson University Center and Mulligan Field.

Welch is a home away from home where you will be introduced to 100+ new friends! This is an all-female residence hall, with 3 floors dedicated to students and conveniently located next to the Hemmingson University Center. Welch is a traditional style residence hall with common rooms to hang out or study, kichenettes on every floor, and lockers and containers for bicycles outside.

DeSmet Hall is the largest and oldest all-male residence hall on Gonzaga's campus housing about 120 first and second year students. DeSmet residents are part of a Charter Community, committed to being leaders within the Gonzaga student body. Residents share multiple common areas, including 4 study rooms, a kitchen, and lounge spaces. Each room has a sink. DeSmet is home to some of the oldest Gonzaga traditions and continues to remain a centerpiece of the Gonzaga Community.

Located near the center of campus, Lincoln provides a community that welcomes a close, supported and fun living experience. This two-story residence hall is co-ed and houses up to forty residents. It is also home to the Pre Health Living and Learning Community. Lincoln House is a traditional corridor style residence hall, with a study room, game room, kitchen, and a classroom. Alliance Hall, across the street, is an all-female residence hall offerring a similar layout to Lincoln House.

Goller is a suite-style hall housing a mix of 80 first and second year students. Along with Dillon Hall, Goller houses the engineering living-learning community along with non-STEM students. Each suite is home to six students of the same gender, consisting of three bedrooms, a full bathroom, a half-bathroom, a small living space, and storage closets. Goller has two kitchens, lounge spaces, study rooms, and a classroom. Dillon Hall and Twohy Hall share a similar layout to Goller Hall.

Crimont Hall is a three-story, co-ed building, housing first and second year students. Crimont is home to the Honors LLC and up to 40 Honors residents, this building houses roughly 80 students. Crimont is a close-knit community and many students enjoy the family feel of the community here. Similar to Crimont is Marion Hall, our Outdoor Pursuits themed community. Here, residents share a passion for outdoor recreation as well as an interest in environmental issue.

Chardin is comprised of three floors of suites which accommodate approximately 50 first and second year students. The building is co-ed by suite. On each floor there is a small common area to build community. Each suite is composed of two rooms with a shared bathroom, meaning four people share one full bath with two separate sinks. Located in the basement are the TV room and lounge, game room, kitchen, and laundry facilities.

The Kennedy apartment complex is one of our 4 apartment options on campus. It is home to second-year students, as well as upperclassmen. Kennedy accommodates more than 600 residents in 4 bedroom, 3 bedroom (which is the most common size), and 2 bedroom units. All apartments have a living room, kitchen (with refrigerator, stove/oven, and dishwasher), and dining room table with chairs. The 4 and 3 bedroom units have two bathrooms. Kennedy also houses a chapel, an in-house bistro, multiple recreation rooms, fitness center, study rooms, and laundry facilities.
