Riggs Hall

Riggs Hall is our administration building and probably the first building you'll visit on campus. Home to our admissions and financial aid offices, it's the right place to start your tour. Throughout the year we host Evangel Preview events starting right here in Riggs. These visits are the perfect opportunity for you to meet your admissions counselor, ask questions, talk with a financial aid counselor and meet professors. Personalized visits are also available through the admissions department.

Trask Hall

College is about laying a foundation of learning for your future profession, so we care about having the best places for you to learn in, like Trask Hall, which has our largest lecture halls. Trask Hall was built as a part of Evangel's 50th Anniversary Celebration in 2005 and is home to the Ephraim Media Center. Here, you'll find the state-of-the-art TV, radio and recording studios. Students produce, TV, radio, and media reports getting hands-on experience doing all the work, and, get this, they make a movie every semester. Trask is also the location of Evangel's three largest lecture halls.

Zimmerman Hall

Zimmerman Hall is equipped with state-of-the-art science labs, classrooms, and lecture halls that give students a chance to work hands on with real projects. This is where you'll find the Social Sciences, the Natural and Applied Sciences department, including its high-tech cadaver lab, and the Business department, and its cool collaborative learning center. The Center for Student Success can help you with writing and getting through school, as well as finding a job. And the Center for Compassion is where you'll find opportunities to make a difference in the world around you as an EU student.

AGTS

Founded in 1972, AGTS is the official seminary of the Assemblies of God and also home to Evangel's undergraduate division of Theology and Global Church ministries. Graduates include renowned scholars and practitioners -- pastors, missionaries, chaplains, and thinkers. The library contains a treasure of material, whether for a paper or preparing a sermon, and the chapel and prayer room offer the perfect spots for a moment of quiet.

Quad

The Quad is where we come together throughout the year for gatherings, like picnics, rallies, and the exciting IgNight service that kicks off the year. There's space for outdoor theater, hanging out under a tree, and plenty of room to throw a Frisbee. Oh, and "Carl" the clock tower and "Fred" the fire hydrant both call the Quad home. With the beautiful brick buildings around, it's also a great spot for a selfie!

Student Union

When you come into the John K. Cantrell Student Union, you'll find the Barracks, our own coffee shop that serves Starbucks to give you a boost when you need it. Upstairs, is The Joust. You definitely want to check it out. In The Joust, you can grab a bite to eat and relax with friends and play a variety of games. There are also places to study between classes. And the student union also has the offices of the Student Government Association, Activities Board, Commuter Services, and the Wellness Center. This is the hub of student life on campus.

The Crusader Dining Hall is the main on-campus dining facility. It features a wide range of good food choices, as well as private rooms for conferences and meetings. Fine Arts Center

The Lawrence and Alletha Barnett Fine Arts Center opened for student use in the Fall of 2002. This is the heart of the creative side of Evangel. This state-of-the-art facility is home to the Music Department as well as the Art and Drama programs of the Humanities Department. It offers a wide range of facilities including a magnificent 300-seat recital hall, equipped with a concert grand Steinway, a drama theatre, practice rooms, art studios and an art gallery. Throughout the year, students put on productions, musical performances, and art shows that you won't want to miss.

Chapel

The Spence Chapel auditorium seats 2,170 people and features a Schantz pipe organ. The auditorium is the location for Evangel's inspiring chapel services, which take place three days a week, and feature student-led worship and exciting speakers. This is also the place for lots of campus events, like music concerts with some big-name acts and EU's Got Talent show.

At the center of Evangel's community life are six residence halls. They provide our students with a college experience they'll never forget. Friendships and a long line of hall traditions make campus life a big part of the Evangel experience. Each hall is designed to make learning and living comfortable and memorable. The community life is incredible and includes regular devotions and a ton of activities that will give you plenty of opportunities to be involved.

Mabee Center

Evangel's student fitness center, the Mabee Center, houses over 28,000 square feet of space specifically designed to keep you in shape and host intramural athletic events. The center includes an exercise area with professional fitness equipment, two racquetball courts, an indoor track and two basketball courts.

Ashcroft Center

Named after former Evangel president, J. Robert Ashcroft, the Ashcroft Activities Center is home to Crusader basketball and volleyball. Over the years, the Ashcroft center has been center stage for some of Evangel's unforgettable athletic victories. Built in 1967, the Ashcroft Center's distinguishing architectural peaks reach over 43 feet. It is a unique part of Evangel's campus and student life.

Coryell Field

The intramural fields are one of the busiest spots on campus. Evangel's year-round intramural sports leagues provide fun, friendly competition for both men and women. From soccer to powder-puff football, there's something for everyone. Coryell Field opened in 2016 as the home for men's and women's soccer and is the football team's practice field. It is the first phase of a major athletic renovation program. The field features the same type of AstroTurf that professional sports teams use and LED lights installed in 2018 allow the games to go on day or night.
