The Center for Academic Success offers free virtual tutoring and offers workshops in writing, study skills, email etiquette, and more. Screensharing capabilities allow a tutor to work in realtime with students, viewing their computer screen simultaneously to provide better, clearer assistance. Flexible scheduling allows students to access tutoring when schedules permit.

Students at Berkeley College Online have access to all of the many support resources and services as the students attending our nine physical locations throughout New York and New Jersey.
An office of Student Development and Campus Life is dedicated to online students and offers many opportunities for student engagement, including clubs, activities, educational forums, and more. These programs offer fun and interesting ways for students to connect with the College and their classmates. Personal counselors are also available to students to discuss academic and personal issues.

Berkeley offers a vast Online Library that gives students access to hundreds of thousands of titles, streaming media programs, and a wide variety of research databases at any time day or night. In addition to an Online Library Director, trained professional librarians are available for online assistance. Online librarians also work with faculty to create comprehensive electronic resources for online classes. Livechat extended hours are available every day and students can access Online Library resources anywhere an Internet connection is available and permitted by law.

Online Course Resources are embedded in the course materials and allow for interaction and engagement between faculty and students.
