Chef and owner Silvano Marchetto is known for his commitment to innovation and high quality seasonal ingredients. The cuisine and wine selections have been at the forefront of the industry for decades. Marchetto was one of the first to introduce Americans to Tuscan cuisine and is responsible for bringing many of Italy’s finest products to the forefront of Italian cuisine in America.
