One of the major differences between community colleges and four-year institutions is that our faculty are hired to teach, period. Unlike faculty at four-year schools, they do not rely on graduate assistants to teach their classes. At SUNY CCC, you have the benefit of always being taught by qualified faculty and our faculty pay attention to you as individuals to help you succeed every step of the way. An added bonus, research shows that our graduates do better than their peers as juniors and seniors at four-year schools.
