Owner-Chef Salvatore Coppola's training began at an early age. As the son of the Naples born parents Salvatore spent many hours in the kitchen learning to cook and refining the same Northern Italian recipes in both of his restaurants.Before opening Coppola's on 79th Street, Salvatore trained in New York City Restaurants quickly becoming Executive Sous Chef. In addition to fantastic food and comfortable dining, Salvatore establishment offers professional and knowledgeable service, extensive wine list, private party room and full off premise catering menu.
