This is where your journey begins. Each student is assigned their own personal Admissions Representative that will help you navigate the enrollment process. They are your cheerleader and your advocate. Through a personal interview with you and your support system, your admissions representative will create a success plan that will allow you to choose the career and educational path that is right for you. You can set up your personal interview via the online appointment scheduler or by calling the campus directly. During your interview you will also get a personal tour of the campus and meet with key College personnel that will take part in building your success plan.

Your financial aid advisors play a key role in identifying the correct forms that need to be completed, providing pertinent deadlines and assisting in submission of all the necessary paperwork needed to secure financial aid ranging from grants to scholarships to loans. They work diligently in a one-on-one environment to ensure that you will maximize all tools available to you in an effort to finance your education.

In Student Services, you will have an experienced academic advisor that specializes in your degree program ensuring you receive the most relevant information possible. Part of that advisement extends into the classroom when you take the First Year Experience class, or FYE, with your advisor as your instructor. FYE is designed to equip you with valuable skills to maximize your success in college and life. This will help you build a solid path of communication designed to enhance your overall academic experience. Not only is your academic advisor your first point of contact once you begin classes, but the relationship will continue all the way through graduation. The academic advisors also work in tandem with our Career Services team to provide a seamless transition from the classroom to your career.

You are about to visit the heart of the medical programs, the Medical lab. We have built it to simulate a clinical setting to give students an opportunity to practice all the theory they are learning in the classroom. There are microscopes, blood pressure cuffs, stethoscopes, scales and tables of all sizes. Best of all, these classes are taught by real live professionals. Doctors, nurses and other clinicians that are currently practicing medicine within the community.

Computers have become an indispensable tool in every business and sector of life. As stand alones they can do amazing things, but connected together, they are infinitely more valuable. Our computer labs are created to give our technology students the freedom to learn how to create, disable, repair and rebuild computer networks. The lab is set up in a way that fosters team work and hands-on learning, just like the real world. You will work on projects within the 4 walls of the classroom and also have access to a virtual classroom, where learning takes on a different dimension, one that you will need to be completely comfortable in as an IT professional.

At the Career Services Center, we know that going to college is a means to an end: you want to graduate and start your career. Everything we do in our department will directly assist you in realizing that goal. It is our job to understand the specific needs of an industry in an effort to help you develop your resume, portfolio and interviewing skills. We are in constant contact with area employers and have developed a network of people that are eager and excited to give our graduates a chance in an internship or full-time position. Best of all, our curriculum is directly shaped by input from advisory boards and employers so that our students are being taught the skills needed to be successful in the world today. Some top employers, who love our interns, are Bank of NY Mellon, North Medical, Sutherland Global Services and Time Warner Cable.

Our Campus Director, Susan Cumoletti (COOM-a-let-ee), is a home town talent. She graduated from Liverpool High School and went to the old Penn Can campus of Bryant & Stratton College in 1983. Upon graduation, she secured a job as the receptionist for the Admissions Department. She quickly worked her way up through the ranks in admissions to become a campus director in 1995. By completing her Bachelor's and Master's degrees, she is our best example of a lifelong learner. Because of her background, she puts a lot of value on your feedback and believes that students are important stakeholders who drive the decisions that she makes regarding improvements to the College. Her door is always open!
