At Bentley, you'll get an academic experience that blend business and the arts and sciences. Trading Room

Bentley's multi-million-dollar Trading Room supports more than 50 undergraduate and graduate courses and the lab has a collection of financial products valued at more than $3.5 million in annual licensing fees, serving as a model for other universities around the globe. Students are trained to use the latest financial software and data feeds including Morningstar, DataStream Advance and FactSet and have exclusive access to 24 Bloomberg terminals.

Bentley Investment Group

The Trading Room is one of the top investment research centers in the country and is a dedicated collaborative environment where students work on group projects and research. The Bentley Investment Group is a student organization that is responsible for managing a portion of the university's endowment. This student-managed portfolio gives Bentley students the opportunity to make real investment decisions with funds allocated to several equities across six industries.

Computer Information System Sandbox

The Computer Information Systems Sandbox is a high-tech learning space focused on making social connections in a technology-driven world. In this lab, undergraduate tutors assist with any technology-related coursework either in person or online. It's also home to some of the most innovative equipment on campus including virtual-reality headsets, Amazon Alexa and Google Home, and Android tablets. Here you'll find students coding apps, attending online classes or just hanging out with other students who are also passionate about technology.

Learning Lab for Economics, Accounting and Finance

The Economics, Accounting and Finance Lab, LEAF for short, is Bentley's social and study hub for accounting, economics and finance majors. This is where students can seek academic support for accounting, economics and finance-related coursework. Peer tutors are experts with the software and hardware and serve as a valuable resource for learning and development. Students who master the resources available in this lab have a competitive advantage entering the job market.

Media and Culture Lab

The Media and Culture Lab and Studio contains the latest resources for every form of media production imaginable, from video and sound to digital photography and design. Students use industry-standard software for editing, screenwriting, sound mixing, animation and motion graphic design. It also hosts an annual film festival showcasing the best documentaries, narratives, animations and more produced by students in the lab each year. The lab also includes a soundproofed studio with green screen and lighting grid, making it a state-of-the-art production environment.

Center for Language and International Collaboration

The Center for Languages and International Collaboration allows students to connect through multilingual interactions. In addition to language instruction, the center offers satellite channels, movies, and magazines in a variety of languages allowing students to use the lab for more than just academics. Faculty members from the Modern Languages and International Studies departments use the center's resources to enhance the classroom experience. Students use the lab's state-of-the-art tools to learn foreign languages and see countries without ever leaving campus. The center's staff includes undergraduates fluent in multiple languages who personify the university's commitment to diversity, and graduate prepared to be leaders in the global economy.

Jennison Science Labs

Bentley's science labs are in the Jennison building. Chemistry, physics, biology and earth and environmental sciences classes are taught here, providing a collaborative and hands-on learning environment. There is also a dedicated lab for students and faculty to pursue research together. The labs prepare students for today's science and technology-focused jobs.

Library

One of the most iconic buildings on campus is the Bentley Library. It's home to the *McGladrey* Art Gallery, the ESOL Center, the Writing Center, and the *Deloitte* Cafe featuring *Einstein* Brothers Bagels, which is a great place to grab a coffee or sandwich on your way to class. With 743 comfortable study seats, 186 study carrels, 83 computer workstations, 24 group study rooms, a research instruction classroom, and wifi throughout, the Library is truly the academic hub of campus. It is the perfect place for teams to meet for class projects in a group study room or a great spot to prepare for mid-terms and finals.

Student Center

The Student Center is the heart of the campus and always busy with activity. The Center includes meeting areas, spaces for social events, an outdoor patio and fire pit, a living room with a pool table and three dining options. It's also the home of the Multi-Cultural Center, Gender and Sexuality Programs, the Center for International Students and Scholars, and our Spiritual Life Center. Dining includes our main cafeteria, called The 921, Harry's Pub, Argo Tea, and Dunkin's. With more than 100 student organizations and 200 campus events every year, there are many opportunities to get involved, Bentley is also home to eleven fraternities and sororities. With so many activities, it's easy to be involved at Bentley.

Boston and Harvard Square

Bentley is a suburban campus but just 10 miles away from the city of Boston, a place where more than 250,000 college students call home. You can take advantage of everything the world-class city has to offer including restaurants in the South End, cultural events, museums, shopping in the Back Bay or cheering on sports teams. No matter what you're interested in, there's always something to do. There's another huge benefit of having Boston in our backyard: it's a leading location for innovation and there are endless opportunities to network, intern and work at local companies. Bentley offers daily shuttle service to makes it easy to access the city's public transportation system.

Waltham

Waltham is Bentley's hometown. It's a lively community with lots of dining, arts and shopping options. Moody Street is a popular hangout for students, whether it's a night out at the movies or grabbing some food with friends. Home to a number of larger corporations ranging from technology to healthcare, Bentley students have internship and job opportunities right in their back yard.

Residence Life

Living on campus is an exciting part of the Bentley experience with over 97% of students living in our residences. The Trees Complex is a network of 6 traditional co-ed residence halls where 60% of our first year students live. Apartment style housing for juniors and seniors include *Rhodes* Hall and Orchard North. Rhodes Hall is also home to the Center for Health and Wellness staffed by nurse practitioners and physicians. In addition to traditional housing, Bentley offers incoming first-year students various types of specialty housing, including Honors Student Housing, an Arts Community, a Social Justice Community, a Women's Leaders Floor and the Thrive Community committed to holistic wellness. We operate a 24-hour police force that oversees campus security with Emergency blue phones located throughout campus.

Dana Athletic Center

Bentley has competitive NCAA Division II teams in nearly two dozen sports and a Division I ice hockey team. Our lower campus features the football, baseball and lacrosse fields, the *Dana* Center and the Bentley Arena. There are many options for students to stay active through intramurals and club sports, or working out at the gym. Our main athletic venue, the Dana Center, includes a two-floor, state-of-the-art exercise space, indoor track, volleyball courts, a batting cage, golf cage, an indoor pool, and dive tanks. Saunas, steam baths, locker rooms and a food court round out this facility. In the winter, students fill the stands to see Bentley's championship winning women's and men's basketball teams.

Bentley Arena

In 2018, Bentley University opened the doors to a new, state-of-the-art multipurpose arena that is home to the university's NCAA Division I hockey team and university events such as career fairs, high-profile speakers and concerts. It is the most environmentally sustainable arena in the U.S. and the first standalone ice arena to earn the LEED platinum certification. Our vision is to see the arena serve as a live learning laboratory that consistently adds to our students' academic experiences, as well as their social ones. During campus events, you'll see students from various majors including media arts and sustainability putting their skills to use.

Pulsifer Career Development Center

Bentley's Pulsifer Career Development Center is perennially ranked among the top five offices in the nation by Princeton Review. Career preparation starts from the day you step foot on campus. The Career Development office has as educational program that will guide you through your four years to make sure you're prepared to land the internships and job you want. Students here have access to award-winning career courses, experienced career coaches and a seasoned recruiting team.
