Right outside Skapto 1 you will find benches, a barbeque grill, a swing and an evergreen lawn. These beautiful yards are a great place for student organized events, concerts, picnics, parties and other activities that will keep you entertained at all times.

All kinds of amenities are found in the common areas to add to the comfort of the dorm rooms – you have a TV, kitchen and study areas available to students 24/7. As with all our resident halls, security is on duty 24 hours and our friendly Residence Assistants can help you with most anything you may need.

The old town of Varosha is just a short walk away from the Town Square and is one of Blagoevgrad's most remarkable neighborhoods.
