The Lawrenceburg has three large dormers and a full length porch on the front. The back has a large open deck with a porch off the master bedroom.

The great room is approximately 25’ x 13’ and has two large double French doors on each side of the fireplace. The ceilings are vaulted and look up to the balcony above.

The dining room is approximately 12’ x 13’ with double French doors out to the deck. The kitchen is approximately 12’ x 11’ and has a large set down bar between the kitchen and dining room.

Foyer The foyer is approximately 8’ x 13’ and has a large coat closet.

The loft is approximately 15’ x 15’ and overlooks the great room below. There is a bathroom off the loft.

The master bedroom is approximately 12’ x 17’ with a double French door opening out onto the rear porch. The master bath has a large soaker tub set into a huge bay over 11’ wide and 8’ deep. There is also a walk-in shower and tub area. The master closet has room for his and hers clothing.

Bedroom 2 is approximately 12’ x 13’ with a full size bathroom and large walk-in closet. It has two single windows looking out onto the front porch and one side window looking out the left side of the home.
