This is a “Pedestrian” Bridge crossing the Bagmati River in Kathamandu, Nepal, was originally intended for pedestrians only but is also used by motorcycles, which reduces both safety and amenity for others. The World Bank partners with local government to improve road and pedestrian safety, inclusiveness, and enhanced resilience of bridge infrastructure
