With its stunning seaside location, Avery Point helps UConn fulfill its mission as a land and sea grant institution committed to understanding and solving society's most pressing problems. The renowned maritime studies and marine sciences programs and numerous marine-focused centers and institutes understand and solve the impacts of climate change. In addition to learning to sail or kayak, students here play more traditional intramural or club sports. They can compete – and cheer – for the baseball or basketball teams in the National Junior College Athletic Association conference. Additionally, students gain leadership skills and fight social justice issues through dozens of clubs and organizations, mentorship programs at local schools, and Alternative Breaks.

UConn Hartford combines top tier academic programs with the vitality of Connecticut's capital city. Anchored by the restored grandeur of the historic Hartford Times building, the campus is integrated with the Hartford Public Library and the Wadsworth Atheneum. Students are drawn to the urban location to begin their Undergraduate studies with completion in Storrs or complete their bachelor's degree from one of ten majors offered through the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences, School of Business, and School of Social Work. Whether looking for research, internships and enrichment opportunities or entertainment, students are just steps from state and city government offices; major corporations; and cultural institutions like Connecticut Science Center, Hartford Stage, and the Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts.

UConn Stamford offers apartment style housing I three residential areas - all within a five minute walk of the main academic building. Hundreds of students choose to live in modern, furnished, one or two bedroom apartments with all the amenities: cable, wi-fi, laundry, study areas, and access to fitness centers. Living in downtown Stamford affords students convenient access to internships and the ability to easily collaborate with classmates on projects and participate in student life programming organized by UConn's Department of Residential Life. Plus, Stamford's vibrant nightlife, restaurants, arts and culture, and public parks are just steps away! UConn Law is located on a beautiful, 17-acre Gothic campus in Hartford's historic "West End," just minutes from the Capitol area. The highest-ranked public law school in the Northeast, the Law School was a pioneer in clinical legal education and features a distinguished and supportive faculty who bring their cutting-edge research and interdisciplinary scholarship into the classroom. The curriculum features an abundance of small seminars, and students engage with each other through 40 different organizations, four student-run journals, and a variety of other extracurricular activities. Graduates dominate the bench and bar in Connecticut, are prominent members of the state legislature, and have a growing presence in such nearby legal markets as New York, Boston, and Washington, DC.
