At UBalt, the city is your campus. Our location, voted among the best U.S. cities to attend college, has the luxuries of a big city with a college-town feel. Restaurants, cultural attractions, housing, and nightlife are all within walking distance of campus. A short Light Rail ride to Downtown Baltimore gives students access to some of the city's biggest attractions, including The National Aquarium, the Maryland Science Center, Camden Yards, and the M&T Bank Stadium. Our close proximity to major highways and public transportation options, including the Charm City Circulator and Penn Station, make it easy to get around!

The Robert L. *Bogomolny* Library is one of the most beautiful buildings on campus with natural lighting and stunning views of Penn Station. Inside, you'll find four floors with all the resources you'll need from books to tutoring services. Our library has more than 10 million books, e-journals and e-books available and ready to use whether you're on campus or at home. Whether you're working on a project individually, meeting up with a study group, or just need a quiet place to do your homework, the library has everything you need. You'll have access to workgroup study spaces, individual study pods, tutoring centers, and development workshops. You can also borrow resources from other University System of Maryland institutions through the interlibrary loan exchange system.

Student Life

The UBalt Student Center is a five-story facility where students come together to socialize, study, and connect with the UBalt community. Its panoramic city views make it a great place to spend time between classes. Take advantage of the game rooms during down time with your friends or the Interfaith room to practice prayer or meditation. You will also find the UBalt Campus Pantry that provides food assistance to those in need within the UBalt community.

The career and internship center, located in the UBalt Student Center, gives you the tools you need to put your knowledge to work. You'll benefit from one-on-one career coaching where you can develop a career plan, find an internship to gain real-world experience, prepare for a job interview, polish your resume, and more! UBalt career fairs bring top employers to you for the opportunity to network and interview on-site. Do you need business attire for a professional headshot or interview? Located in the center of our campus, The William H. Thumel Sr. Business Center is home to UBalt's Merrick School of Business, recognized by the U.S. News & World Report as providing one of the nation's best undergraduate business programs and online MBA programs. Serving Our Veterans

The University of Baltimore is proud to be ranked among the top Military Friendly Schools in the nation. The Bob Parsons Veterans Center connects military and veteran students to campus resources, support services, and student life activities. This space offers students a place to socialize and study including a computer lab, a conference room, and a lounge. Our state-of-the-art forensics labs allow students to gain hands-on experience utilizing sophisticated equipment. Students practice investigative procedures and techniques in areas of crime scene analysis, digital investigation, and more.

UBalt Game Lab

The UBalt Gamelab is where Simulation and Game Design students turn their ideas into functional videogames, simulation, and animation. This lab is equipped with immersive, visualization, and interactive game technologies. Admissions and Financial Aid

The Academic Center is where you'll take care of business. You will find the Office of Admission and Financial Aid where students receive personalized guidance through the admission process, explore academic programs, and learn about scholarships and other financial aid resources. Inclusion Alley

UBalt's Student Government Association designed Inclusion Alley, a space that celebrates equality, diversity, and the joy of togetherness. The space also contributes to the artistic and cultural expression of midtown Baltimore. UBalt neighbors performing arts theaters and music halls, like The Lyric and the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall. We're also just steps away from Artscape, America's largest free arts festival.
