Established in 1968, the Lincoln Center campus is located at the cultural, artistic, and media intersection of New York City. It's adjacent to Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and within walking distance of countless attractions such as, Central Park, Columbus Circle, the Time Warner Center, Carnegie Hall, the Museum of Modern Art, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and the New York Public Library. Fordham College at Lincoln Center, our college of arts and sciences, gives students innovative opportunities grounded in Jesuit tradition. The Plaza

The Plaza is the central courtyard of the Lincoln Center campus, a lush green home in the middle of Manhattan, with views of the cityscape, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, and the Hudson River. The Plaza showcases a number of sculptures on its landscaped lawns, and is used for campus events, barbecues, and other social events throughout the year.

Lincoln Center's main hub is the Leon Lowenstein Center. It is home to Fordham College at Lincoln Center, the Fordham School of Professional and Continuing Studies, the Graduate School of Education, and the Graduate School of Social Service. Classrooms, student lounges, and administrative and departmental offices are located throughout this building. It also houses our bookstore, art spaces, and Ram Cafe.

Housed under a glass atrium that offers a view of the lawns and sculpture garden of the Plaza, the centrally located Ram Café offers students a delicious, nutritious, and affordable array of dining choices. Blessed Rupert Mayer, SJ Chapel (LL Second Floor)

Named in honor of Blessed Rupert Mayer, S.J., "the Apostle of Munich" who was imprisoned by the Gestapo for denouncing Nazi ideology, the chapel is a quiet area for students to meditate, relax, or practice their own particular form of worship. Both interfaith observances and Masses are held in the chapel.
Veronica Lally Kehoe Studio Theatre (LL Street Level)

The Veronica Lally Kehoe Studio Theatre is the primary studio and creative space for the University's nationally renowned theatre department. It is named after Veronica Lally Kehoe, a 2002 alumna of Fordham College of Lincoln Center, a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, and the founder of the nonprofit Gypsy Road Theater Company.

Franny's Space is a practice studio for Ailey/Fordham dance students, theatre students, and the University Choir. The choir has performed at the Vatican, the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, Carnegie Hall, and in major cities throughout the country. Ailey dancers have gone on to perform on Broadway and have performed throughout the country with renowned companies like the American Ballet Theater, the Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company, the Frankfurt Ballet, Philadanco, and Urban Bush Women.

Lincoln Center is home to 8,000 square feet of visual arts studio space. The Visual Arts Complex includes a large painting and drawing room studio; a cutting-edge computer imaging lab; state-of-the-art film and video editing and screening facilities equipped with darkroom and studio facilities; an architectural workspace; a darkroom and finishing room and two galleries that host exhibits by students, faculty and visiting artists. Studios offer the best possible technological and creative environment for the visual arts disciplines of computer graphics, painting, drawing, photography, and film and video.

Pope Auditorium is used for theatrical productions and other large-scale events. The Fordham University Theatre Department stages full-scale dramas and four mainstage productions in the auditorium. The theatre department offers four major tracks: performance, playwriting, directing, as well as design and production. Pope is also a space for the larger community to come together for guest speakers or other events, such as New Student Orientation.
Gerald M. Quinn Library (140 West, Plaza Level)

The Gerald M. Quinn Library is a full-service, open-stack library. It is used for the undergraduate and graduate programs on campus. Students can also use the Law School Library, the Westchester Library, and the William D. Walsh Family Library at the Rose Hill campus. The four libraries are interconnected, giving students access to more than 2 million volumes, 57,000 journals, 439,000 full-text books, and 109,000 government documents online. Wow! That's a lot of books!

The Gabelli School of Business at Lincoln Center provides students with a rigorous education in global business. This innovative program allows them to gain global experience, earning a competitive edge, and concentrate in one of four areas. Our facility features a state-of-the-art mock trading room that gives students the opportunity to work with Bloomberg financial data terminals underneath a live NASDAQ ticker, allowing them to monitor the market in real time. At the Social Innovation Collaboratory, students, faculty, administrators, alumni, and community members work together in pursuit of social justice, social entrepreneurship, and environmental sustainability.
Garden Level, 140 West

140 West, or simply 140, is the hub of student activities. It houses Quinn Library, Lincoln Center's Gabelli School programs, and the health and counseling centers, career services, and the Office of Multicultural Affairs. The ground floor plays host to Argo Tea, a popular place for students to connect between classes. With a focus on energy efficiency and natural lighting, 140 also features a trading room with Bloomberg terminals, an Innovation Lab, a student lounge, and ample classroom space.
McKeon Hall

McKeon Hall houses 400 undergraduate students in modern bedroom suites. Floors are equipped with common living spaces and study lounges—one even has a movie theatre. The ground floor hosts McKeon Community Dining. Each floor of McKeon, which is located on the top 12 floors of the 22-story law school, has resident assistants and also a program assistant that works to create community among the inhabitants of that floor. Not to mention, great views!

U.S. News & World Report ranks Fordham Law School as a top 50 school in the nation. Founded in 1905, the school offers a Juris Doctor, Master of Laws, and Doctor of Juridical Sciences, as well as joint degree programs with Fordham's other graduate schools. The 468,000-square-foot law school offers 26 classrooms, lecture halls, seminar rooms, and conference rooms. It also features a soaring two-story atrium, a 562,000-volume library, state-of-the-art technologies, and public spaces designed to nurture collaboration and innovation.
McMahon Hall

Connected to the Lowenstein Center on the Amsterdam Avenue side of campus is McMahon Hall. This 20-story residence hall is home to a fitness center, study and recreational lounges, and laundry rooms. Each two- or three-bedroom apartment has a full kitchen, furnished living room, and full bathroom facilities.
Martino Hall

Martino Hall is located just across Columbus Avenue from the Lincoln Center campus. This building houses primarily office spaces, such as the Office of Study Abroad, that serve as resources for students throughout their time at Fordham. It is also home to many other offices, including: the Office of Development, the Office of Alumni Relations, Fordham University Press, and the Institute for American Language and Culture.
The Ailey School

The Ailey School and Fordham University are partners in a highly innovative bachelor of fine arts (B.F.A.) program in dance. This degree offers the best of both worlds: the artistic preeminence of the official school of the world-famous Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, combined with an exceptional liberal arts education rooted in the Jesuit tradition of intellectual development and personal attention. Both institutions are located in the cultural heart of New York City—the epicenter of the dance world. Just blocks away from Fordham’s Lincoln Center campus sits Central Park and its 843 green acres that feature a zoo, a wildlife sanctuary, a reservoir, running paths, nature walks, and the outdoor theater that hosts the annual Shakespeare in the Park performances. Right next door is Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, which has both indoor and outdoor performances. Columbus Circle, the physical center of Manhattan, a hub for public transportation and home to the Time Warner Center, is just a block from campus. And just down West 60th Street is St. Paul the Apostle’s, a spiritual hub for the campus and the local neighborhood.
