Richmond Marine Terminal is uniquely equipped to serve as a distribution hub for agricultural exporters across the Mid-Atlantic region. Product can be delivered, in bulk, from farm to marine terminal, by rail or truck. RMT has the capacity and the infrastructure to store and transload large volumes of bulk agricultural commodities. Transloading from silos to containers, while on-terminal, allows exporters to maximize the cargo weight, increasing their profit margin.
