Welcome to Florida Polytechnic University! Located in Lakeland, right between Tampa and Orlando, Florida Poly is proud to be the state's only all-STEM public university. Founded in 2012, our students have continued to build and advance the future of engineering and technology. Being the newest public state university, we are leading the way for innovation and breaking new ground in STEM education. We start our tour outside of our breathtaking academic buildings, our Innovation, Science, and Technology Building, and our Barnett Applied Research Center.
